Torrential rains on May 5, 2015 opened up a massive sinkhole in the Granbury Brookshires parking lot infamously known as "Sinkhole de Mayo".

Our team was brought in by TXDOT to build a retaining wall that would permanently resolve the sinkhole issue by installing a 25’x30’x40’ deep inlet, adding a 10'x9' box culvert from Highway 144 to Lake Granbury, and building a headwall with Rip Rap.
